چکیده
As a result of the rapid increase in world population, need for wheat, which is one main nutrition human diet, also rapidly increases. However, due to yield losses caused by abiotic stress factors such as drought, wheat production not sufficient. Therefore, genetic characterization studies performed on genotypes terms drought tolerance are important. In this study, regardingdrought was carried out using molecular markers associated with drought-tolerance genes. For purpose, 14 polymorphic were used be able distinguish between control groups. Genetic 27 bread eight ISSR revealed polymorphism rate 75.8%, and mean PIC calculated 0.55. Based results six SSR markers, value 0.77, He 0.79, allele number 6.7. drought-tolerant sensitive out, potentials breeding revealed. This study indicates that SSRs ISSRs useful marker-assisted about tolerance.

Genetic Diversity of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotypes Using RAPD and ISSR Molecular Markers
The importance of grain cultivation especially wheat is obvious in terms of providing human and animal food and its impact on the economy of human societies. The reduction of genetic diversity in cultivars prevents increasing yields in line with rising demand and consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the compatibility of them and increase their genetic extent. In the current, the g...

Two hundred and fifty bread wheat lines, mainly Chinese mini core accessions, were assayed for polymorphism and linkage disequilibrium (LD) based on 512 whole-genome microsatellite loci representing a mean marker density of 5.1 cM. A total of 6,724 alleles ranging from 1 to 49 per locus were identified in all collections. The mean PIC value was 0.650, ranging from 0 to 0.965. Population structu...

A study was undertaken to examine the genetic diversity of 12 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes, using 4 simple sequence repeats (SSRs). A total of 10 alleles were found. Allele number per locus ranged from 2 to 4 with an average of 2.5. The polymorphic information content (PIC) values ranged from 0.2755 to 0.5411 with an average of 0.3839. The average gene diversity over all SSR loci for ...

DNA based molecular markers allow precise, objective and rapid cultivar identification. In this study, five ISSR and two sets of fluorescence-labeled TP-M13-SSR markers were applied for discrimination of eight closely related wheat cultivars. Five ISSR primers revealed a total of 43 distinct reproducible bands, 29 (67.44%) of the 43 bands were polymorphic. The number of polymorphic bands detect...
متن کاملEvaluation of rain-fed wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes for drought tolerance
Drought stress is one of the most important environmental stresses that have limited the production of wheat, especially in arid and semi-arid regions of the world. To recognize drought tolerant rain-fed wheat genotypes and to determine the best tolerance/susceptibility indices, a study was conducted at the Agricultural Research Station of Miandoab for two cropping years (2013-15). The experime...
